The Team Group L5 Lite 3D Series relies on high quality 3D NAND flash memory. The controller uses as an interface the modern SATA 6G interface for up to 600 MB / s fast data transfer. For example, this 1 TB capacity drive writes at up to 480 MB / s and reads data at a maximum of 500 MB / s. With the 4KB Random-Read it is 80,000 IOPS fast and with the random writing of 4 KB large files it is 70,000 IOPS.

This is also due to the new 3D NAND Flash with 64 layers, which was especially the power consumption reduced by more than a quarter. With the new technology can also accommodate more memory in a smaller space, which increases the potential storage capacity significantly.
