SteelSeries Prime: eSports gaming mouse with performance sensor
The design of the SteelSeries Prime gaming mouse was developed in collaboration with leading eSports enthusiasts and is primarily aimed at maximum performance in competitive games. True to its name, the Prime has a first-class gaming sensor that has a resolution of 18,000 DPI and, thanks to 450 IPS and 50G acceleration, leaves nothing to be desired.
The high polling rate of 1,000 Hz in combination with the short response time of 1 ms ensure very accurate tracking of mouse movements, which is a great advantage, especially in hectic games. With tilt tracking, SteelSeries presents an additional feature of the TrueMove Pro sensor, which ensures precise tracking even when the mouse changes position quickly and reliably eliminates any errors.
Versatile design for high comfort
The ergonomic design of the SteelSeries Prime also satisfies players with high demands for comfort and, thanks to its shape, can be used for different hand sizes and grip styles. Regardless of whether the mouse is used in fingertip, palm or claw grip, the shape offers the necessary control and precision for long and intensive gaming sessions.
Mechanical magnet switches
SteelSeries has installed extremely durable optical magnetic switches under the two main buttons, which have a service life of up to 100 million clicks. On the left side of the case there are two well-placed thumb buttons that can be freely programmed. Using the profile button on the underside of the mouse, users can choose from up to five saved DPI levels and also set the mouse's polling rate. The 2 m long cable is very flexible and optimized for quick mouse movements. It can also be removed and replaced if necessary.
Configurable RGB lighting
SteelSeries has equipped the Prime with configurable RGB lighting on the scroll wheel. With the help of the software, the 16.8 million colors can be adjusted at will to create the most individual look possible. The lighting can also be synchronized with other devices. This creates impressive effects that make the entire gaming setup shine uniformly.
