Elegant housing for the living room
Externally, the raven-black case combines a sublime style of elegant simplicity with slightly futuristic features, which is characteristic of the bird. With a weight of only 4.05 kg, the RVZ03B-ARGB is virtually feather-light for an impressively high-performance case. The robust steel body of the feature-packed lightweight is skillfully complemented by easily removable side panels made of reinforced plastic.

The easily accessible I / O panel on the front offers one audio input and output as well as two USB 3.0 ports. Combined with the compact dimensions of only 382 x 105 x 350 mm, the sophisticated hardware nest enables the construction of a space-saving, yet enormously powerful, living room gaming PC that longs to sit directly below the flat screen TV.

The RVZ03B-ARGB Raven is not only black as a raven, but also cleverly designed to match. The removal of the side parts clears the view of the sophisticated interior, which is basically divided into two sections. The upper part houses the mainboard and the power supply, while the graphics card and up to four 2.5-inch data memories are located at the bottom. The area above the motherboard in Mini-ITX format is not obstructed, so as to allow the installation of quiet yet cool CPU coolers with low profile (up to 83 mm height).

As with the legendary predecessors, the RVZ03B-ARGB Raven also comes with a PCIe riser card, which allows the assembly of a full-fledged gaming graphics card with a maximum length of 33 cm and a maximum width of 14.9 cm 90 ° angle to the motherboard allows. While other housings with a similar format often end up in mid-range graphics cards, Silverstone provides the highest computing power and shows that the Raven HTPC case is and remains a class of its own.

High-end gaming PC in the smallest space
Silverstone relies on passive cooling of the small space saving miracle, which is made possible, among other things, by the clever separation of the two largest heat sources. As already mentioned, the graphics card is installed by PCIe riser cable in a separate area, which is provided with a large ventilation grille, and the processor and the power supply in the second chamber draw air through its own grid. The two grid surfaces are mounted on opposite sides of the housing. Of the three 120 mm fan slots, two are already equipped with pre-installed fans.

The Raven can be placed horizontally or vertically and has many design improvements to its predecessor, so now also an addressable RGB lighting is integrated, which supports multiple modes. A remote control for lighting is enclosed with the housing.
