SST-PM01B-RGB Primera: Midi tower for custom water coolers

The black-lacquered interior of the Midi-Tower is divided into two areas by a power supply cover so that the view through the tinted hard-glass window gives a tidy impression. The front can easily accommodate a 240 or 280 mm radiator, while the lower part of the heat exchanger projects into the area below the PSU shroud when installing a 360 mm radiator. In this case, the three drive bays in front of the power supply may have to be omitted.

A 280/360 radiator can also be installed in the lid so that two large radiators can be accommodated at the same time. However, when using two 360 mm radiators, the thickness of the selected models must be taken so as to prevent a collision of the heat exchangers in the upper front area of the tower.

Compensation containers (AGBs) can be installed directly on the mainboard tray and pumps can be placed in front of the power supply or in place of the drive bays at the bottom of the tower. It is also possible to mount on the mainboard tray, but this would mean that no radiator can be installed in the front.
Design case for overclockers & gamers

The SST-PM01B-RGB Primera Midi Tower offers space for up to 41 cm long graphics cards in the multi-GPU setup, so the use of a custom water cooler is rewarded accordingly. If no custom water cooling is installed, the high-end CPU on the ATX motherboard can be tamed via an AiO solution or a CPU cooler up to 18 cm high.

For data storage, there are five dedicated 2.5-inch slots, and the drive cage on the bottom can accommodate three 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SSDs / HDDs. An additional HDD or SSD can be installed directly on the floor before the power supply, which can be up to 24 cm long.

Three 140 mm fans equipped with RGB LED fan grilles and another 120 fan in the rear ensure a very good airflow in the Midi tower. Thanks to the illuminated fan grilles and the existing LED strips, the lighting of the entire housing can be configured with regard to color and effect via the control in the front panel or via suitable mainboard software. (Asus Aura Sync, ASRock Aura RGB LED, MSI Mystic Light Sync) Three additional 120 or two 140 mm fans can be installed in the cover. The pre-installed 120er fan in the back can be replaced by a 140er fan or a radiator.

Primera (Spanish for "first class") takes its name, because the Midi tower knows with first-class support for water cooling and hardware to convince. The large hard-glass window provides a glimpse of the hardware illuminated by RGB LEDs. Via an LED control or via mainboard software, the lighting can be set according to the wishes of the user. The case also features a handy fan hub for comprehensive fan control.

Visually, the tower knows how to enjoy the large, mesh-lined mesh area in the front, while the top cover is modeled on a spoiler. Around the window and in small inlets on the lid, the case has a further RGB LEDs, which give the Primera a touch extravagant.

The I / O panel with the LED control, the two audio connectors and four USB ports is located on the right side of the cover, while the power button is located on the left side of the lid. Removable dust filters are located in front of the front fans and under the power supply.
