The design is at once straightforward and refined, as evidenced for example in the exterior cladding, which is made of brushed aluminum. Particularly clever is the integrated into the Cube handles at the top, which predestined the CS01B outright for a LAN-housing.

Another Ingenious feature in this cube-housing is the cooling of the hardware that makes use of the chimney effect, in which a pre-installed in the bottom 120 mm fan (1,200 U / min, 19.7 dB (A)) cold air sucks down and which then emerges again at the top. This is made possible by the 90 ° rotated design of the CS01, because the motherboard in the Mini-ITX form factor is installed virtually on the back, so that the back panel of the board is located in the housing cover.
