The Raspberry Pi 4B uses the fast BCM2711 System-on-a-Chip from Broadcom, which combines all chipset functions and contains both processor cores and the graphics unit. The high performance of the Raspi 4B results from the 1.5 GHz high CPU clock of all four processor cores. The ARM Cortex-A72 cores with ARMv8 architecture also support 64 bits. The 2GB LPDDR2-RAM also contribute to the enormous management of the little computing dwarf and make it usable as a multimedia center.

High performance goes hand in hand with increased heat generation, which requires active cooling when used intensively. The acrylic case included in the set is therefore the perfect addition to the Raspberry Pi 4B. The housing gives the single-board computer protection and stability and also ensures a chic look.
