The Raijintek cutting and bending kit consists of several useful tools that make processing hard tubes with an outer diameter of 14 mm comfortable and easy.

The Raijintek bending hose is inserted into the hard tube to be processed before it is heated. This ensures that the diameter does not decrease or the tube kinks during the process. This ensures stability and an even bend. The hose is suitable for hard tubes with an inner diameter of 10 millimeters.

The three included elbows always produce clean bends at an angle of 0 to 360 °. The tools are specially optimized for tubes with an outer diameter of 14 millimeters. After inserting the flexible tube into the hard tube, a heating gun or hair dryer can be used to heat the material. To do this, only heat the area that is to be bent at the end. Then bend the heated tube into the correct position using the desired bending tool and let it cool down.

With the cutting tool, the curved tube can now be shortened according to requirements. To do this, the tube is simply clamped in the cutter and cut around the tube by rotating the tool.

The deburring and countersinking tool then ensures a perfect end result. Especially when cutting the tubes, bumps can occur at the interface from time to time. With the help of this small tool, the cutting edge can be completely deburred and smoothed accordingly, which not only looks better, but is also an advantage when fitting a fitting.
