Details

The new Prey does not have much in common with the classic of 2006 except the name. In the alternative universe of the gloomy sci-fi shooter, John F. Kennedy has survived the assassination attempt and the Americans, together with the Soviet Union, have built the Talos I space station. In the year 2032 the player must finally defend an invasion of form-changing aliens.

In the (sharp) Shooter Sniper Elite 4 Elitschütze Karl Fairburne fights in the Italy of the year 1943 on the part of the Resistenza against the Nazis. Settled in breathtaking landscapes, the game combines realistic ballistics, breathless emergent-stealth gameplay and gripping 3rd-person action in the largest and varied game world of the series.

For the Gamers

The AMD Radeon RX Vega is a high-end, high-end graphics card for players who are lined with many features. The Radeon RX Vega is perfect for playing in 4K resolution and also allows you to immerse yourself in the Virtual Reality (VR) and experience a whole new feeling of playing. As with the Radeon R9 Fury X, the Texas chipmaker relies on High Bandwith Memory (HBM) and it is equivalent to 8 GB from the second generation of the revolutionary memory. For PC gamers, Radeon RX Vega graphics cards are particularly interesting in combination with a FreeSync monitor, because the team conjures smooth images without tearing effects on the screen!

The PowerColor Radeon RX Vega 64 Limited Edition comes with 8 GB of HBM2 memory clocked at 945 MHz and connected to the graphics chip (GPU) via a 2048-bit memory interface. One of the special features of HBM memory is the placement on the GPU-Die (thus in the graphics chip) and not as usual, distributed around the graphics chip. The graphics chip itself clocks with 1.247 MHz and can clock up to 1.546 MHz in boost mode.

The better the graphics chip is cooled, the longer it can sustain the boost clock. A cooler design with a radiator fan is responsible for cooling the PowerColor Radeon RX Vega 64 Limited Edition. The fan is located in the back of the graphic card and draws air from the housing, which is then blown out through the PCB. The advantage of such a cooling is that the waste heat is conveyed directly from the housing. With the Limited Edition, an aluminum cover also provides a classy look, which is immediately recognizable as a Radeon RX Vega graphics card!
The features of the AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Limited Edition:

AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Limited Edition
Brand new Vega architecture
Huge 8GB HBM2 memory
64 Next-Gen Compute Units (NCUs, 4,096 shaders)
Base Clock: 1.247 MHz
Boost Clock: 1.546 MHz
High Bandwidth Cache Controller (HBCC)
Rapid Packed Math (RPM) of the NCUs
New Programmable Geometry Pipeline
Enhanced Pixel Engine
Air cooled with radiator fan
Housing cover made of aluminum
The architecture of the AMD Radeon Vega graphics cards

The Vega architecture not only includes many improvements to the Graphics Core Next architecture (GCN) of past GPU generations, but also introduces completely new components. The Vega GPU architecture is primarily based on four new pillars:

High Bandwidth Cache Controller (HBCC)
Rapid-Packed Math (RPM) of Next-Gen Compute Units (NCU)
New Programmable Geometry Pipeline
Enhanced Pixel Engine
High Bandwidth Cache Controller (HBCC)

AMD's High Bandwidth Cache Controller (HBCC) The High Bandwidth Cache Controller (HBCC) provides a much more effective use of the HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) memory compared to the Fiji GPUs for which this particular memory type has been used for the first time , The HBC controller allows very efficient control of the memory and increases the minimum frames per second (FPS) in many games by up to 100 percent and the maximum FPS by more than 50 percent. This almost equals a doubling of the 8 GB HBM2-VRAM of the Radeon RX Vega to 16 GB equal!

Next-Gen Compute Unit (NCU) & Rapid Packed Math (RPM)

Rapid-Packed Math (RPM) is a feature of the Next-Gen Compute Unit (NCU) and uses the very flexible core structure of the new computing units. RPM, for example, accelerates FP16 computations, which can be used to calculate mathematics-based processes more quickly. With the RPM enabled, the number of computations performed per second is doubled, but no more resources are consumed. Above all, physics calculations like those carried out during major explosions in some games benefit from Rapid Packed Math.
New Programmable Geometry Pipeline

The New Programmable Geometry Pipeline from AMD Vega Vega's new programmable geometry pipeline handles millions of polygons thanks to its efficient load distribution. The AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition Air provides a maximum geometry calculation of 11 polygons (when using 4 geometry units) per clock, which is twice as much as the Radeon R9 Fury X with 4 polygons per clock with 4 geometry units. Above all, modeling applications benefit from this and can render large 3D models almost real-time.
Enhanced Pixel Engine

The Enhanced Pixel Engine is an optimized configuration of the shader units, which greatly improves the performance in high resolutions (WQHD, UHD) and the representation of the virtual reality (VR). More specifically, the Enhanced Pixel Engine is a new rasterizer technology that optimizes cache localization and makes rendering processes more efficient.

In order to exploit the full potential of the card in the future, new drivers from AMD should be downloaded and installed at regular intervals.
Graphics card exchange without waiting for caseking!

During the warranty period of two years from the receipt of the goods, the customer complains that the graphics card, which has been confirmed by us, of all the brands mentioned below, is directly exchanged for new goods (if stored). A sending of the faulty goods to the manufacturer and associated longer waiting times are thus completely eliminated! If the graphic card to be replaced is no longer available or available, we will issue a credit note. Then an alternative graphic card from our range can be freely selected. Any extra costs incurred can be easily reimbursed and any remaining amounts will be refunded by us.
