Phanteks Enthoo Pro Midi-Tower - White Window [PH-ES614P_WT]

With the luxury Big-Tower Primo, the Dutch presented not only the first representatives of their Enthoo series, but also her first computer case at all. The Phanteks Enthoo Primo could convince away with its distinctive elegant design, the massive features and its overwhelming support for internal water cooling from the spot, but nevertheless remained a prohibitive hardware treasure for many.

In many ways his big brother Primo quite similar, the Midi-Tower is also a gem and everyone seems very flexible and practical again, but the buyer must take relatively little money for it in the hand.

Phanteks has succeeded in Enthoo Pro, the cost-saving cuts to hide so well that you can hardly believe you have something less than the Primo right Noble. An example of this is the choice of material at the front end and top panel. That this only appears to be aluminum, but in reality is a specially treated plastic, can be purely visually hardly imagine. Thus, the strong family resemblance between midi and Big-Tower is maintained.

This is also true for the forms that fail a little more conservative when Enthoo Pro again. This, however, does a wonderful aesthetic appeal not disturb gorgeous straight and one hundred percent symmetrically enters the Phanteks Enthoo Pro. In the lower part of the white front, a rectangular black hole grating region is the Ansaugareal for the fan positioned behind it. A 200-mm rotor is already advanced.

Up in the front three ODD bays are (tool-less) hidden behind screens, the top panel is a flap for the I / O ports, two USB 3.0 and 2.0 per and audio connections. The offered window version of the white Enthoo Pro, like the Primo a smaller window in the front, behind which closed on the drive bay a chic Phanteks label is visible. The view through the large main window reveals, among many rubberized cable passages also its own enclosed chamber for the ATX power supply that draws its fresh air from below and its heat does not radiate to other parts in the Midi-Tower.

The open right side of the case reveals more great features, like they already know from Enthoo Primo: Front sitting two individually removable HDD cages, which can be loaded from here with 3.5 or 2.5-inch drives. At the back, however, there is an additional 2.5-inch recording with "Drop-n-Lock" mechanism. Thanks to the many Velcro straps and clips the bundles of cables and steering is very easy to do, especially since this rule space from 2.7 to 3.9 cm.

And another, enormously practical Phanteks-invention is housed there. A small circuit board with connections for up to six 3-pin fan. Per SATA power cables, these are power supply side power. The trick is that they are all automatically controlled speed - depending from the PWM signal, which specifies the built-in motherboard. Leads an extra cable from the fan hub to the 4-pin PWM connector on the motherboard. Thus the two pre-installed and four additional fans can be controlled synchronously and temperature dependent.

The Midi-Tower offshoot Enthoo Pro is the ideal alternative for all fans of Phanteks housing designs that visually and technically do not have to give up too much here, but get a lot of Phanteks offered.
