NZXT Kraken X73 RGB Complete Water Cooling - 360mm, white [RL-KRX73-RW]

In addition to a new design for fan, pump and radiator, the X73 RGB features stylish RGB lighting, high static pressure, lower volume and amplified hoses for increased durability. The pump itself is equipped with a small infinity mirror and allows a variety of lighting options, which can be adjusted directly on the desktop in addition to the settings for the pump via the advanced CAM software.

The NZXT Kraken X73 RGB relies on a triple radiator made of aluminum in 360 mm format. The cooling capacity and the resulting volume are not only controlled by the fan speed of the supplied 120 mm fans, but also by the motor speed of the pump, which can be between 800 and 2,800 rpm. As usual, the pump is integrated into the Rear of the CPU cooling block, which rests with its copper surface on the AMD or Intel processor.
NZXT uses three of their modern Aer RGB 2 fans in 120 mm format to cool the radiator.

Thanks to the angled air inlet and outlet openings as well as the so-called winglet fan blades, air resistance is minimized and fan performance and static pressure are increased. Due to the copper fluid dynamics bearings used, the Aer RGB 2 fans offer a long service life. In addition, the bearings ensure uniform lubrication at all times, which noticeably reduces the background noise during operation.

The pump is connected to the motherboard via USB, the speedometer signal is read out via a 3-pin fan header, which is also connected to the
motherboard. The NZXT Kraken X73 RGB is powered by a SATA power connector. The RGB lighting of the fans is connected to the pump via a daisy chain and the fans via another daisy chain with a 4-pin PWM connector of the motherboard.

Infinity mirror, RGB lighting and CAM software
In terms of design, NZXT has come up with something very special. On the back of the cooling block is a stylish RGB lighting with infinity mirror, which creates a fantastic effect. With this illumination, it is possible to illuminate the NZXT lettering as well as the circular LED strip in a wide variety of colors and effects depending on the user's ideas and preferences. Due to the rotatable top, the logo can be aligned in the desired position, depending on the direction in which the cooler is mounted. The Aer RGB 2 fans are also equipped with ring-shaped RGB LED lighting. With the CAM software, NZXT gives the user the ability to adjust pump and fan performance themselves.

So if you want to adjust the balance between cooling and volume or between pump and fan speed instead of relying on the out-of-the-box settings, the KRAKEN X73 RGB has the option. In addition, current water and CPU temperature are also specified here and it can be switched between different profiles. The Kraken X73 RGB is pre-filled and delivered with already applied thermal compound on the CPU contact surface.

Thanks to the nylon sheathed hoses with a length of 40 cm, the radiator can be flexibly positioned in the housing. In addition, this high-quality compact water cooling is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of six years, which shows how sustainably the principle of all-in-one water cooling works.
