The B560M PRO-VDH in detail
The B560M PRO-VDH is a Micro-ATX mainboard with an Intel B560 chipset and provides a PCIe x16 slot for expansion cards. The slot is connected directly to the CPU with a total of 16 lanes and supports PCIe 4.0. Two additional PCIe x1 slots are connected to the chipset with PCIe 3.0.

random access memory
Up to 128 GB DDR4 memory can be operated in four DIMM slots in dual-channel mode. The board natively supports RAM speeds of up to 3,200 MHz. With activated RAM-OC via XMP, the B560M PRO-VDH enables the operation of RAM kits up to 5066 MHz.

Drives
The B560M PRO-VDH offers a total of two M.2 slots for SSDs. One of these is connected directly to the CPU via PCIe 4.0, provided that an 11th generation Intel Core processor (Rocket Lake-S) is used. With a 10th generation CPU, this M.2 slot supports PCIe 3.0 with four lanes and SATA. The other M.2 slot is connected to the chipset via PCIe 3.0. Four SATA 6G connections are also available for additional SSDs, hard disks and optical drives.

USB, network and sound
With HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA, the I / O panel provides three video outputs for image output via the processor's iGPU. A large number of USB ports are available for gaming peripherals. These include two USB 3.1 type A ports (max. 10 Gbit / s), two USB 3.0 ports also type A (max. 5 Gbit / s) and two further USB 2.0 ports are available. The audio output is via a 3.5 mm jack plug, which is connected to the Realtek ALC897 onboard sound chip. There are also connections on the back for the WiFi antenna included in the scope of delivery.
