Lamptron flexible hose for perfect stability
The Lamptron flexible tube is pushed into the hard tube to be processed. This ensures that the tube does not kink during the bending process and that the inside diameter does not decrease. The hose is suitable for hard tubes with an inner diameter of 10 mm.

Lamptron heat gun
After inserting the flexible hose into the hard tube, the heat gun can be used to heat the material. All you have to do is heat evenly the point that is to be bent at the end. The heat gun offers a total of 1,800 W of power and has various heat and speed settings to ensure precise and even heating.

Lamptron angle for the optimal bending radius
The heated tube can now be bent into the desired position using the desired angle. The angles allow a neat bend at an angle of 0 to 180 °. Then hold the tube in position until it has cooled down and remove the flexible tube.
Lamptron handsaw ensures the required length
With the saw, the bent tube can now be shortened as required. The fine teeth of the hand saw allow precise work. The saw is suitable for PVC and PETG tubes.

Lamptron deburrer and file for clean edges
In order to achieve the perfect result, the shortened tube should be finished with the enclosed deburrer and the file. Especially when cutting the tubes, unevenness can occur at the interface from time to time. With the aid of the deburrer and the file, the cut edge can be cleaned and smoothed. This protects the sensitive sealing rings of the fitting from damage and guarantees problem-free assembly and operation of the loop.
