Like their counterparts without RGB LED lighting, the core power supply units are certified according to the 80 PLUS standard, which guarantees a power efficiency of more than 82 percent with a load of 20 percent at 230 volts. All models in the Core series also meet the requirements of EU Regulation No. 617/2013 for safe operation on the European 230 volt network. Kolink Core power supplies also offer an efficient and cost-effective solution for powering a system because they meet the prescribed requirements for standby power consumption.

This 700 watt model has a 4 + 4-pin EPS12V connector for the CPU, four 6 + 2-pin connectors for graphics cards and a 20 + 4-pin ATX connector for the motherboard. Five SATA and three Molex connections are available for additional components. The Core 700 ARGB power supply can thus easily supply everything from a midrange to a performance system with power.

The digitally addressable RGB-LED lighting of the Kolink Core 700 ARGB can be adjusted by pressing a button on the power supply unit. Alternatively, it can be connected to a standard 3-pin connector (5VDG) on the motherboard and controlled using the motherboard manufacturer's software. The power supply unit also comes with an additional sticker with which the RGB-LED side panel can be designed as an alternative. The completely black ribbon cables of the non-modular power supply complement the bright LEDs and also make cable management easier.

For the good of the environment, the manufacturer does not include an IEC cable for the mains connection.
