The KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 Katana single slot has a base clock of 1,518 MHz. With GPU-Boost 3.0, it can be boosted to a boost clock of 1,708 MHz if required. The memory clock is at 2,000 MHz (effectively 8,000 MHz). For cooling the graphics card, an extremely flat single-slot cooler with aluminum backplate is used

The radial fan reliably conveys the air out of the housing via the slot cover. As a heat sink, a high quality copper cooling block with filigree cooling fins is used. Due to the flat design of just 16 millimeters, the card can be used in very tight spaces. Even in the SLI network two cards of this type take only two slots.
