The low-profile cooler is ideally suited for mini-ITX and HTPC cases, where flat but powerful coolers are required. Thanks to the large cooling surface and the five copper heat pipes, the cooling performance of the 75 millimeter high top blower is also impressive. This effectively removes the waste heat from the processor so that it can develop its full performance.

The pre-installed fan is a quiet, 120 millimeter model with a 4-pin PWM connector and RGB lighting. This generates a maximum of 29.2 dB (A) at a speed between 800 and 1,500 revolutions per minute. With the PWM signal it can be controlled by the mainboard. The automatic adjustment regulates the fan depending on the power requirement.

Thanks to the simple mounting system, the CR-701 is easy to install and sits very firmly and stably on the processor. Computers that are transported regularly also experience greater security. The mounting kit is also suitable for all modern sockets from Intel and AMD.
