In essence, it is the D3NU1-B to a heat sink in the form of a mini-case that is designed for passive cooling. To the groundbreaking miniaturized complete systems NUC Intel accommodate in an optically adequate housing and to go the whole hog and technically offers Impactics the mini-cases in two colors and different versions. This article is the black version.

The D3NU1-B has all the necessary cut-outs that requires a motherboard of the NUC series like the D54250WYB or D34010WYB Intel to I / O ports. These are cut-outs for the USB, HDMI, Mini DisplayPort and LAN ports on the back and two more for the USB ports on the front. Optional pre-cut visor can be removed in this version in the lower region, two more USB ports (this is a special 2.54 mm to 2 mm adapter of distress) or two WLAN antenna connectors to install ,

The principle of this tiny envisages to use the mini-board and then populate the two chips with the supplied copper heatsink. This is then connected with the outer, removable cooling fins of the housing and in this way the heat of the CPU using the housing itself is made. Thus, the processor is operating efficiently and completely silent. In addition, in this version, a mSATA cooler is also included.
