The INNO3D GeForce GTX 1060 Compact X1 clocks by default with 1.506 MHz, if necessary, this base clock is raised via GPU Boost 3.0 up to 1.708 MHz boost clock. The 3 GB video memories are connected to the graphics chip via a 192-bit interface and effectively clock at 4,000 MHz. The GP106 graphics chip has 1,152 shader units, called NVIDIA CUDA cores. For cooling the GeForce GTX 1050 Compact X1, INNO3D relies on a very compact cooler design with a single-fan layout.

The GeForce GTX 1060 operates with a TDP of only 120 watts and it is recommended to use a power supply with a minimum power of 400 watts. The GeForce GTX 1060 has an HDMI 2.0b port, three DisplayPort 1.4 ports, and a dual-link DVI output. The HDMI port supports HDCP 2.2 and can send and receive encrypted signals.

In order to realize the full potential of the card in the future, new drivers from NVIDIA or Gainward should be downloaded and installed at regular intervals.
