Overview

The IN WIN 301 Micro-ATX housing is the little brother of the IN WIN 303 and has many features of the popular Midi-Tower. For example, the tempered glass side panel can be easily removed by means of a handle and in the right-hand side of the panel are honeycomb-shaped ventilation slots.

The IN WIN 301 combines modern optics with a noble aesthetic. It is mainly made of high-quality, 1.2 mm thick steel and is particularly impressive because of its huge side window made of tinted hard glass. Innovative as IN WIN, the 3 mm thick side window can be opened completely without tools by means of a handle at the upper edge. The front of the white housing is interrupted only by the stylish I / O panel (2x USB 3.0, power button, HD audio) and the "IN WIN" logo. Special feature here is the blue illumination of the logo and the individual ports, which benefits the optics and looks especially cool in the dark.

Of course, the black interior also holds some surprises. For example, the power supply is installed at the upper end of the housing, so the mainboard is mounted underneath and allows for a trouble-free presentation of the installed hardware. In general, the interior offers space for micro ATX and mini ITX motherboards, CPU coolers up to 158 mm height, graphics cards up to 330 mm length and power supplies up to 160 mm length.

A maximum of two 120 mm fans are provided on the floor, but at the expense of the lower expansion slot. A 240 mm radiator or two 120 mm fans fit into the front and the rear can accommodate a 120 or 120 mm radiator. The removable drive cage can accommodate a 3.5-inch hard drive or a 2.5-inch data store, as well as two 2.5-inch SSDs on the bottom of the drive cradle.
