The special feature of these in-ear headphones is their low weight and exceptional comfort, so that almost only the first-class sound reveals that you are wearing the earlop. The in-ears are custom-made after a print that the buyer makes best with an acoustician. This ensures that the Hörluchs HL-5430 fit perfectly. The in-ears are made of an acryl-like light polymer with a maximum insulation value of 32 dB. On the pegs also the first name of the proud new owner is printed.

Because the highly sensitive technology in the HL-5430 is very sensitive, it can be damaged by sweat, moisture and especially by the cerumen (earwax). In contrast, Hörluchs uses its patented and durable wax guard HF4. Its fine membrane protects against a drop in performance of the driver due to harmful influences. The HF4 is easy to replace, replacement is included with the headphones.

Also the enclosed cable is first-class processed. On the earphones it is connected by a 2-pin plug, which connects the headphones to the respective output device via a 3.5 mm jack plug. The cable is reinforced inside by Kevlar fibers, without the cable being stiffened. Plastic bending elements ensure optimum cable routing and the gold-plated contacts ensure perfect transmission of the sound signals. In this version, the 2-pin connectors are directed upwards, so the cables can easily be routed to the back of the head and back.

Tailored in-ears
The In-Ears Hörluchs HL-5430 are custom-made by an impression of your ear canal to the individual ear and manufactured individually, so that they later sit perfectly. First, a professional impression of the ears of the future owner must be made. This impression should usually be made by an acoustician. This is the only way to ensure that exact and optimal earmoulds are available as templates for individualized in-ears. What needs to be considered, describes the website of the manufacturer.

As soon as an order is placed with Caseking, it will be forwarded directly to Hörluchs. There, the color selection and the corresponding information of the customer is received, details of the requirements are transmitted and informed about the further production process. For custom-made Hörluchs products, the customer's first name is always printed free of charge on the In-Ears. It usually takes about 15 business days to deliver the in-ears. The customer then receives his customized in-ears directly through the delivery of Hörluchs.
