Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce X 280: efficient cooling and stylish ARGB lighting
The two 140 mm ARGB fans of the Gigabyte Aorus Waterforce X 280 build up an enormous static pressure of 4.62 mmH2O with up to 2,300 rpm. This efficiently removes the waste heat from the 280 mm radiator. The pump integrated in the base plate ensures a good throughput of the cooling liquid. The fans can be dynamically adapted to the current load of the system via pulse width modulation (PWM). During low load, the noise development and energy consumption are reduced by turning the fan down to a quiet 8.06 dB (A). The water circuit is sealed, eliminating the need to refill coolant and other additives.

On the pump housing of the AiO water cooler sits a 60 mm LCD display which can be rotated 360 degrees and which can be put in the correct position after installation. This shows status information such as the CPU temperature or the speed of fans and pumps in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Own media can be shown on the display via microSD card. The imagination knows no limits.

The stylish ARGB lighting of the two 140 mm fans can be individually adjusted using Gigabyte's additional software RGB Fusion 2.0. It is also clever that the fans each have their own male and female ARGB header. This allows them to be easily connected in series and synchronized. In addition to the screws and brackets required for installing various Intel and AMD processors, the scope of delivery also includes a tube of thermal paste. This means that the cooler can be installed directly without accessories.
