 For cooling the CPU large tower coolers can be installed and graphics card coolers can be supported by a fan in the ground. In the lid and the front, of course, dual radiators can be installed, making the Focus G is also suitable for water cooling.

Fractal Design Focus G: good airflow and lots of space for gaming hardware
The Fractal Design Focus G has a good airflow and offers space for up to 380 mm long gaming graphics cards. The CPU can be tamed with up to 165 mm high CPU cooler, so that overclocked processors with a large tower cooler can be installed. The Midi-Tower is compatible with Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and ATX motherboards, covering a broad spectrum.

Thanks to the mesh front and two pre-installed 120 mm LED fans, the Focus G ex works offers good airflow. Warm air can escape from the enclosure in the back and lid configuration, and fans can be installed in the back (120 mm) or the lid (2x 120/140 mm) to enhance this effect. In the bottom, an additional 120 mm fan can be mounted instead of the hard drive cage to significantly improve the air supply for the graphics card.

In spite of the optimizations for a good airflow, the Fractal Design Focus G also offers the fans of watercooling the possibility to build them in the form of an AiO-watercooler or a custom-loops. For this purpose, up to 240 mm large dual radiator can be mounted in the front and the lid. If the lower drive bay in the front is not used, even a 280 mm radiator can be accommodated here.

Functional design with large window and LED fans
The design of the Fractal Design Focus G Midi-Tower is characterized primarily by functionality. For the good airflow in focus, the front of the Midi-Tower is dominated by a large mesh area. Two of the rare 5.25-inch drive bays for external drives or fan controls are located in the upper part of the front, which is edged by a panel.

Thanks to the fans with white LED lighting, the front is accentuated and the interior of the tower is slightly brighter. The installed hardware can be admired via the window in the left side panel. To make the case as light and budget-friendly as possible, Fractal Design uses acrylic glass.

Cable management & drives
The Focus G offers between 18 and 25 mm space for cable management between mainboard tray and side panel. In front of the power supply, which can be up to 230 mm long, there is a drive cage for two 2.5- or 3.5-inch hard disks. The HDD cage can be disassembled to make room for a fan in the floor or thicker radiators in the front. Another 2.5-inch SSD can be installed behind the motherboard.
