The Fractal Design Define C Midi-Tower in detail

The front panel is completely flat and without an I / O panel - the drives and the large-area air inlet with the fan behind it in the lower area are concealed by a sound-insulated front door, which can be mounted to the left or right. The I / O panel is attached to the top of the elegant case. The panel has two USB 3.0 ports and two audio jacks as well as the beautifully designed power button and a discreet status LED.

The interior color, which is housed in housing color, can shine with very good cooling and plenty of space for components. In addition to ATX, Micro ATX and Mini ITX motherboards, seven expansion cards can also be installed in the enclosure. Two mounting points for 3.5-inch drives are housed in the cable chamber, which is also available with 2.5-inch copies. In addition, there are three dedicated 2.5-inch installation slots directly on the back of the mainboard tray.

Thanks to the patented ModuVent covers, additional fans can easily be installed without tools - in this case, unused ventilation slits are covered for optimum sound insulation. This ensures dust-free operation and the precious hardware remains optically absolutely new. Two Fractal Design Dynamic X2 GP-12 120mm fans provide a very strong airflow at the factory and remain absolutely quiet. Five additional fans can be installed in the lid, front and the floor.

CPU coolers can be installed in the Fractal Defince C with a height of up to 170 mm, power supplies may be up to 175 mm long. Graphics cards can be installed with front fans up to 315 mm in length. The design case provides several installation options for water cooling. Radiators up to 240s in the lid and 360 in the front are possible here. For this purpose, the back can also be used for 120 radiators.
