The cooling plate design with shunt channels ensures optimal heat dissipation to the 360 radiator. The fluid dynamic boundary layer and hot spots are minimized. When the coolant penetrates conventional cooling plates, a continuously growing laminar boundary layer forms, which affects heat dissipation. By integrating shunt channels, the coolant can absorb more heat, which means that the copper cooler also achieves significantly higher performance.

The cooling performance is improved thanks to the high-quality aluminum radiator. A long-life and low noise pump with ceramic bearing conveys the cooling liquid through the 360 triple radiator and the cooling block. The higher heat absorption capacity and better heat transfer through the 360 mm radiator make this complete water cooling the first choice for systems with overclocked processors. The LED logo integrated on the top of the cooling block also indicates the operating mode.

The Enermax high-pressure fans have been specifically designed for use on radiators. Thanks to the stable design, the special shape of the fan blades and the patented Twister bearing technology (at least 160,000 hours of MTBF), the two high-pressure fans achieve exceptional cooling performance with minimal noise.

Thanks to a 4-pin PWM connector, the fans rotate only as fast as the temperature development on the CPU allows. Depending on the requirements, they turn very quietly at 500 revolutions per minute or provide a strong cooling power with a maximum of 28 dB (A) at 2,300 rpm.

An effective fan decoupling is ensured by rubber strips on the radiator, which effectively dampen vibrations and thus reduce background noise.

The mounting system allows a user-friendly and quick installation. Since the cooling block has been specially designed for the heat spreader of an AMD TR4 or SP3 socket, this complete water cooling is, of course, only compatible with it.
