Powerful cooling performance for demanding systems
With the EVGA CLC 120 in the 120 mm format with aluminum radiator, the cooling performance and the resulting volume are determined mainly by the cooling block made of 100% copper as well as the newly developed 120 mm fan with Teflon nano- Bearing. The fan has a curved design and thus achieves an extremely high airflow as well as high static pressure. As a result of the reduced turbulence, the noise generation is therefore very low and the life expectancy is very high. EVGA is also very secure and confirms the excellent quality with a five-year manufacturing guarantee.
The design has kept EVGA relatively simple in the CLC 120 complete water cooling system. The aluminum radiator is completely black lacquered and is complemented perfectly by the black-sleeved hoses as well as the radiator base + pump. In addition, the heat sink is decorated with the EVGA lettering, which can be illuminated in various colors and give the entire system a refined touch.
The advantages of a complete water cooling are obvious. It is extremely cool, is relatively quiet, is highly compatible (here: all modern sockets from AMD and Intel), does not have to be serviced and fits into many smaller housings, in which towering tower air coolers find no place. The connection to the mainboard is via 4-pin, while the fans are controlled as usual via 4-pin PWM connection from the main board. Thanks to the EVGA FlowControl software, all important data of the water cooling can be read out as well as the fan curve, pump speed and lighting can be adjusted. In addition, the software has the K-Boost function, which allows the maximum performance to be extracted from the CLC 120.
