For a whole year, the designers have invested in Ljubljana, Slovenia in its goal to develop an exceptionally strong fan that is of the highest quality and can meet the specific requirements in the area of Highest-performance water cooling. As a result, EK Water Blocks EK-Vardar now presents the series, named after a cool mountain breeze in Macedonia and Greece.
The EK-Vardar is available in a number of speed and, accordingly, power levels, all variants have a 4-pin PWM connector for the purpose of automatic control by the motherboard, but just as good even at maximum speed in a 3-pin plug or can be connected to a fan controller. The offered F3-120-copy in 120-mm format rotates with a maximum of 1,850 U / min and the PWM control range is between 50 and 100 percent.
Because the Vardar fans with her Airflow primarily also can overcome the resistance thickest heat exchanger with a high fin density should focus therefore is on the highest possible static pressure with low operating noise over the entire speed range. The characteristics of the EK-Vardar F3-120 (1,850 RPM) make it clear that the absolute succeed: 2.24 mm H2O at full speed only produce 29.5 dB (A) sound pressure.
Of course lays EK Water Blocks but also the highest value on a long life of the product and therefore uses a dual ball bearing fan in black and white, which is therefore specified with a shelf life of 50,000 hours. The connection is via a 30 cm long, black gesleevtes cable. The EK-Vardar be settled four fan screws.
