In contrast to lofty and high thermal interface pads made of metal or liquid metal alloys Indigo Xtreme is a closed and dense in itself structure that uses a phase change alloy (PCMA), the surface roughness fills on the CPU heatsink and the CPU and is thus very flat fails.

Indigo Xtreme achieves high thermal performance by optimizing the use of molten oxide-free material, resulting in a lower contact and bulk resistance results. The intermediate layer thus obtained is bubble-free and robust, low thermal contact and high resistance. This version is suitable only for processors on the Intel LGA 2011-V3. To bring Indigo Xtreme is to adhere strictly to the instructions supplied. A multiple use of applicators is not provided.

The radiator is supplied without the necessary connections. These are therefore sold separately.
