This 40 mm long extra tubes of acrylic can be a reservoir of type EK-RES X3 (150, 250 or 400 mm) from EK Water Blocks further upgrade when this is equipped with the alternate cover EK-RES X3 multiport TOP.

Named alternative cover made of black acetal adds a X3-Reservoirs additional G1 / 4-inch ports added at the top. Typically, these connections may of course only function as an inlet, where the coolant is made to run.
