Details

The gray CP5 thermal grease is a high performance thermal grease for overclockers and experienced system builders. It has a slightly higher viscosity, but is still light and especially thin - and yet good coverage - distributed on a Heatspreader.

A pea-sized amount is enough to completely cover the area of the CPU and the paste needs little pressure to reach its full capacity. Included in delivery is a handy spatula, in the right size for all standard die sizes.

The paste offers very good values in terms of thermal conductivity (9.3 W / mK) or thermal resistance (0.007 K / W). In addition, the CP5 is not electrically conductive, non-corrosive, contains no metal and hardly dries out.
