The DDR4 RAM modules feature beautifully designed gray heat spreaders (heatspreaders) to improve thermal performance. However, Crucial has designed the heatspreader so that the Ballistix Sport AT memory does not go up unnecessarily - an advantage in cramped systems.

This DDR4 RAM kit includes four 8GB DIMMs (32GB total) with black PCBs. With support for Intel's XMP 2.0, the correct settings are made automatically by compatible motherboards, so the Ballistix Sport AT then clocks at 1.2666 MHz at 1.2 volts, achieving latencies of CL 16-18-18. The memory can be used in this quad set in quad-channel mode, if the motherboard offers the appropriate support. Crucial offers a very long manufacturer warranty period of 10 years!
