Crucial BX500 2.5 inch SSD - 960 GB [CT960BX500SSD1]

With the reliable SM2258XT controller from Silicon Motion and the reliable and proven 3D NAND TLC, the BX500 series is up to date. The BX500 SSDs are available in different sizes, from 120 GB to 960 GB

A multi-level data integrity algorithm and an SLC cache for write acceleration are integrated in the 960 GB variant offered here. Of course there is also temperature monitoring, self-monitoring and reporting technology (SMART) as well as TRIM support and integrated error correction.

Of course, the SSD in this 960 GB variant is equipped with a SATA 6G interface to fully exploit the speed of the 3D TLC NAND installed here. Finally, the modern interface offers theoretically possible transfer rates of up to 600 MB / s - the fast SSDs from Crucial will definitely scratch these values. This 960 GB model achieves up to 540 MB / s in sequential reading and writes the data to the TLC flash cells at a maximum of 500 MB / s.
