This is an angled threaded extension of 1/4 inch screw-on 1/4 inch internal thread in the "Real hi-flow design." The matte black connector has an angleof 45 degrees and on the side of the screw can be rotated. This greatly facilitates the installation and allows for precise alignment.

Note: The rotation of the connectors should always be used when removed,as this is by design relatively stiff. When installed, no force should be applied to ports in order not to damage the connectors themselves and the attachedcooler.
