The ergonomics of the ROG Strix Impact II wireless is achieved mainly by the structured surface on the sides as well as the optimized for right-handed symmetrical shaping. Depending on your personal preference and hand size, the shape of the mouse is equally suitable for Palm, CLAW and fingertip grip.

The precise optical pixart sensor triggers with 16,000 dpi and is optimized for sophisticated gaming. Thanks to the sampling rate of 1,000 Hz, 400 ips tracking speed as well as the acceleration of 40 g, the mouse is also suitable for fast FPS titles. The gliding feet of the IMPACT II wireless consist of 100% PTFE and allow very low-friction movements on the mousepad.

Inside the ROG Strix Impact II wireless are long-lasting Omron switches. These can be replaced by problems with the push-fit switch base design. Thanks to the magnetic covers, the change of the switches is completely toolless possible.

Five programmable buttons
In addition to the two main buttons and two separate thumb buttons on the left side, the mouse has a DPI switch at the bottom. Thanks to the on-the-scroll function, sensitivity can be infinitely and accurately set in conjunction with the mouse wheel. Simple pressure on the DPI switch changes the mouse between four defined stages.

Tri-Mode Connectivity and Configurable RGB Lighting
The IMPACT II wireless can be operated both wirelessly via Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz as well as wired via USB. The battery is optionally charged via USB cable or by induction via a Qi-compatible charger. The latter allows the uninterrupted use without unwanted forced pauses when playing.

Also visually, the ROG Strix Impact II wireless can convince with its RGB LED lighting in two addressable zones. In addition to the ROG logo on the back, the mouse wheel of the gaming mouse is visually configurable. Thanks to the ASUS software, the lighting can also be synchronized with other devices. Thus, impressive effects that have the whole gaming setup shine uniformly.

The software also allows key assignment, performance settings and surface calibration to program in three own profiles and stores in the mouse onboard memory. Thus, all settings are not bound to only one computer.
