Arctic F8 PWM PST fan, black - 80mm [ACFAN00204A]

The 80 mm fan rotates at a maximum speed of up to 2,000 rpm and thus dissipates heat from the system without any problems. In order to guarantee quiet operation, the fan speed is dynamically regulated by means of pulse width modulation according to the required system performance. For this purpose, the PST technology synchronizes several fans located in the housing with one another, so that background noise is minimized.

The Arctic F8 PWM PST provides very good cooling performance with a rotation speed of up to 2,000 rpm and is barely noticeable at just 23.5 dB (A). It generates a static pressure of 1 mmH2O and a delivery volume of 52.7 m³ / h. It is therefore ideal for computer systems that are designed for quiet operation.

Equipped with pulse width modulation, the fan only rotates as fast as the current system performance demands. This guarantees consistently quiet operation. The PWM sharing technology also lowers the fan volume, as it enables the synchronization of several coolers in the housing and thus all fans are regulated by the same signal. In order to ensure long-term operation, a hydrodynamic slide bearing was installed, which is characterized by a long service life.
