Only as big as a 50 cent piece can its RGB channel address up to 90 LEDs. With the intelligent pushbutton and the built-in light sensor, the nano inking unit is also ideally suited for autonomous operation. 16 software sensors complete the portfolio of functions.

Farbwerk nano: miniature RGB LED controller with a large range of functions
The aqua computer farbwerk nano is an RGB LED controller that can control up to 90 LEDs individually. A special feature of the farbwerk nano is the intelligent push-button as well as the light sensor, in addition to its small dimensions. The pushbutton can be used to switch the nano inking unit on and off as well as to switch between the internally stored profiles. The light sensor makes it possible to automatically adjust the effects of brightness to the ambient light, to change the profiles depending on the ambient light or to use this as a sensor for effects. Once configured, the controller can also be operated completely autonomously on an optional USB power supply.

With the ALPHApx technology even transparent effects can be created. This allows different lighting effects on up to 20 levels to be combined. The SMOOTHpx technology ensures particularly smooth transitions between the LEDs: effects are calculated on the basis of vectors, thus producing stepless transitions.

The aquasuite software allows the creation of profiles and rules for the application of the profiles. Thus, the user can also create a hierarchy of rules and so, for example, provide a temperature warning by red flashing LEDs with a higher priority than the isochronous light effects beginning with the playing of music. The user can also configure individual RGB LED effects for individual games and applications. In total, up to 20 different parameters and up to 60 individual areas can be defined. The created profiles and effects themselves are calculated and saved in the color engine nano, so that they are ready for system startup.

To get started right away, the nano inking unit includes an RGB LED strip from aqua computer with 15 LEDs.
