The LEAKSHIELD leakage protection system for the ULTITUBE series
Upgrade your WaKü system with the LEAKSHIELD function of aqua computer. You can use this to make your ULTITUBE leak-proof. LEAKSHIELD actively prevents leaks and continuously monitors the coolant circuit for defects. LEAKSHIELD replaces the lid and must be mounted at the top of the upright expansion tank!

The function of the LEAKSHIELD
What does LEAKSHIELD do? It creates a vacuum throughout the cooling system. That is, as soon as a spot is leaking, no coolant escapes. Instead, air is sucked into the system there. To ensure that there is a vacuum at every point in the circuit, you need to adjust the vacuum depending on your coolant pump.

Any incoming air is pumped out of the system via the integrated vacuum pump of the LEAKSTOR and the negative pressure is maintained. Only in the case of very large leaks, such as a completely torn off hose, can coolant escape.

You always have everything in view
All status and sensor data is displayed on the OLED display. The display can be rotated 360 degrees. The integrated, digital RGB LEDs serve various functions: You can set them so that the colors show you the status of the pump or you can customize them as you like in color.

Via the USB interface of LEAKSHIELD and the aquasuite software, you can check all data on the PC or control the leakage protection system via it instead of the display.

Attention: If you steer in the wrong direction or something goes wrong, a signal alerts you - it is also displayed on the display. In an emergency, LEAKSHIELD can force the PC to be shut down!

Note: Check beforehand whether all your components are qualified for the vacuum procedure. Particularly soft, thin-walled hoses are not suitable!
