Powerful cooling performance for demanding systems
The cooling performance of the Antec H2O K240, which comes in 240mm aluminum radiator format, is primarily due to the 100% copper cooling block and the two 120mm fans with blue ring LED lighting. The fans have an efficient rotor blade design, which gives them extremely high airflow and static pressure. Due to the reduced turbulence, the noise is therefore very low and the life expectancy with 40,000 hours very high.

The design has kept Antec relatively simple with the K240 complete water cooling system. The aluminum radiator is painted completely black and is perfectly complemented by the flexible, black tubing. The inconspicuous pump is integrated on the side of the radiator. Even the cooler is kept simple, only a logo of the manufacturer emblazoned on the top.

More flexibility due to the displacement of the pump
The advantages of a complete water cooling system are obvious. It's exceptionally cool, relatively silent, highly compatible with almost all modern AMD and Intel sockets, it does not need maintenance, and fits into some smaller cabinets where towering air coolers can not fit.

With the shift of the pump from the heatsink to the radiator, Antec makes another decisive step: the heatsink is even smaller and hardly gets into the enclosure with RAM bars or other mainboard components. In addition, the radiator absorbs the vibration of the pump, which protects the CPU and additionally significantly reduces the noise.

Power gets the pump via a SATA connector while the fans are controlled as usual via 4-pin PWM connector from the motherboard. In addition, the K240 controls two cooling settings: In Silence mode, the lowest possible operation is respected, while in Battle mode, the K240 draws its power completely.
