The boom microphone in the business version has a built-in microphone capsule with a 3.5 mm jack connection and mute button. The unidirectional mode brings optimal noise-canceling in noisy environments. Added to this is the high sensitivity of -38 (+/- 3) dBA and an enormous frequency range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz.

Ingenious magnetic attachment with two base holders

The retrofittable AntLion ModMic Business is a technically very high-quality complement of your own favorite headphones or a premium spare part for imperfect headsets and can be easily attached to the outside of an auricle. To do this, first clean the corresponding place on the ear bowl with the supplied alcoholic cleaning cloth, then peel off the protective foil on the back of the small base holder - this looks like a button - and press the holder firmly. After about an hour, the connection is sufficiently established.

Now just connect the magnetically adhering microphone bracket to the base holder, set the swivel arm to the correct length and connect the USB adapter or the jack plug of the cable to the PC. The hanger is extremely flexible and malleable and if you like, you can easily remove the whole micro quickly and thanks to magnetism clipped either to its steel housing.

The total height of the attached microphone on the pinna is approximately 17.5 mm. The double-sided adhesive pad on the base holder comes from the 3M quality brand and ensures that the ModMic Business can easily handle surfaces made of metal, plastic and even mesh structures. So that the customer can also attach the ModMic V5 to a second pair of headphones or later, AntLion Audio adds a second base attachment and an additional 3M adhesive pad to it.
