The Akasa Turing A50 MKII case in detail
Following the layout of the PN50 or PN51 board from ASUS, there are cutouts for USB-A and USB-C ports, for an audio connection, a dual array microphone, and an infrared receiver on the front next to the power switch , an SD card slot and for the power and HDD LEDs. Thanks to the enclosed rubber feet, the Turing A50 MKII can be set up both horizontally and vertically. With the outer shell made of brushed aluminum in black, the housing cuts a good figure as an HTPC of a multimedia system in the living room.

On the I / O panel are the sockets for the power supply, an RJ-45 port for connecting to the network, HDMI and DisplayPort connections, another USB-C connection and two USB-A connections. There are also pre-milled recesses for two WLAN antenna connections. A 2.5-inch data carrier can also be easily accommodated internally.

Fanless and efficient cooling
The top and outer edges are almost completely provided with cooling fins made of aluminum in order to create efficient passive cooling. The Turing A50 MKII UCFF case does not need a fan and is therefore completely silent. To do this, the APU and VRM dissipate their waste heat to the housing via contact surfaces with thermal paste and pads. The aluminum housing emits the waste heat to the environment via fins. As a result, the housing itself functions as a heat sink without causing annoying noises.

Thermal paste and pads are included for ideal heat transfer. In addition, there are mainboard screws, all other necessary mounting materials and a SATA cable with circuit board and brackets for mounting the 2.5-inch data carrier in the scope of delivery.
