Despite its small size fits into the designed for Mini-ITX boards into tiny lot of hardware. The Euler-M package (in this case an OEM version without brand logo) may be lying flat (feet incl.) Or used directly on the VESA mount a compatible monitor attached. The front features the obligatory arsenal of power button and I / O panel with two USB 3.0 ports. In addition, the peripheral edge is decorated to the front panel with a shining silver "diamond edge" finish.
Thanks to the otherwise dull structure, the Euler M acts very cautious and lends itself to so primarily as a HTPC in the living room. However, the timeless modern design case impresses not only with its discreet appearance, but also by the intelligent and completely fanless processor cooling (up to 35 watts TDP), in which the CPU's heat is delivered directly to the aluminum body itself, which the heat again removed via the lamellar structure of the housing sidewalls without producing annoying noise.
A special highlight of the super-compact Akasa Euler M is that no ordinary power supplies (eg ATX or SFX) are used to save space inside the housing. The power supply of the hardware components is carried out, however, by the pre-installed PicoPSU ADD12P65A with 12 volts and 84 watts power input voltage on the internal 12V line. This board is powered by a barrel connector on the rear side with a supplied external 80W power adapter with 12V output voltage. The interior of the Euler M takes next to the mini-ITX motherboard itself for up to four 2.5-inch HDDs or SSDs in a small drive cage. Moreover, even a Kensington Lock on board.
