The Cypher ST from Akasa was developed especially for the mini-STX Mainboardserie of Intel. The housing is cooled by a compact 50-millimeter fan, which has already been pre-mounted on the housing wall. The interior also accommodates up to two 2.5-inch HDD or SSD media and can accommodate a STX board in 5 "x 5" format.

At the front are, in addition to the mandatory power and reset buttons, additional slots for the audio connectors as well as USB Type C and USB Type-A.
