The FRITZ! Box 7530 from AVM delivers wireless speed over the 802.11ac standard of up to 866 Mbit / s. At the same time, the router provides 400 Mbit / s on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. AVM also equips the FRITZ! Box 7530 with the particularly feature-rich firmware FRITZ! OS. This can be used, for example, to set up guest access that enables temporary and restricted connections in a separate network. In addition, the WLAN router can be integrated in a mesh or as a repeater with other AVM routers, thus enabling uninterrupted access to the wireless network even in larger buildings.

The FRITZ! Box 7530, designed for office or home use, shines with additional security functions, such as secure remote access via VPN with IPSec as well as a professional firewall including packet inspection and port release. Of course, WLAN connections are encrypted with secure WPA2 and the modern Internet protocol IPv6 is also supported. If you only want to use the FRITZ! Box 7530 as a LAN switch, you can completely switch off the WLAN using the switch on the device. With WLAN Eco, the WLAN router provides optimal performance in the wireless network with minimal power consumption. The DECT function is also operated in Eco mode, the voice transmission is encrypted at the factory.

Powerful hardware for reliable connections
The quad-core processor ensures that the router does not have to process USB and network data in one place at the same time. While one of the processors optimizes wired network connections, another is responsible for WLAN connections. Since wired VDSL / ADSL and WLAN connections can each access their own processor with exclusive computing power, the FRITZ! Box 7530 from AVM achieves the maximum performance for both connections without having to make any compromises.

The FRITZ! Box 7350 is also particularly suitable for distributing video and audio content. Even the streaming of IPTV content from the Internet router through the FRITZ! Box 7350 to the television works very well thanks to the extensive VDSL support. Pictures, music and videos from storage media connected to the USB 3.0 port of the FRITZ! Box can be played on UPnP-AV-compatible receivers (HD TVs, stereo systems). Or a USB printer can be made available to the entire network. Another option is to connect a UMTS / HSPA / LTE stick there and establish a direct connection to the Internet.

Mature firmware with many functions
The FRITZ! Box 7530 has an integrated VPN server. No matter where the user is, they can access the secure FRITZ! Box 7530 VPN server over the Internet and access services such as media players or shared files from anywhere in the world as if they were at home. The FRITZ! Box 7530 already supports IPv6 and is therefore optimally designed for the future in the exclusively IPv6-supported Internet. Mixed operation of IPv4 & IPv6 is also supported; thus there are no compatibility problems with existing networks.

With the RITZ! Box 7530, it is also possible to control printers, scanners and multifunction devices centrally via USB without a PC or server having to be switched on for 24 hours. The router contains a full-fledged print server on which all computers in the network can print or scan at the same time. Last but not least, the FRITZ!
