The ASUS TUF H470-PRO (WI-FI) gaming motherboard in ATX form factor offers two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots for plug-in and expansion cards. The first x16 slot is connected with a full 16 lanes, the second with four lanes. There are three x1 slots available for additional PCIe cards.

Up to 128 GB DDR4 RAM in dual-channel mode can be used in the four DIMM slots. The H470 chipset supports clock rates up to 2933 MHz, depending on the Comet Lake CPU installed. Two M.2 slots for PCIe / SATA M.2 SSDs and five SATA 6G connectors enable storage drives to be connected. Both M.2 slots are connected to the chipset with four PCIe lanes and support the NVMe protocol, which enables data transfer rates of just under 4 GB / s.
