The modern PWM-3327 sensor from PixArt scans the background with 6200 DPI and impresses with its extremely high precision. A DPI switch is located on the bottom of the ASUS ROG Strix Impact II and enables rapid changes in sensor sensitivity in four adjustable levels. The ROG Strix Impact II is designed for very fast mouse movements with up to 5.5 meters per second. The sampling rate via USB is 1000 Hertz.

The ergonomically shaped right-handed mouse has a total of five buttons that can be freely assigned by software: in addition to the two main buttons and the DPI button on the bottom, there are two switches on the left side and the clickable scroll wheel. The mouse wheel, the front and the logo are provided with RGB lighting. The ASUS ROG Strix Impact II is completely black. The top is semi-transparent, which allows a subtle look inside the mouse.
