The ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I Gaming is a mini-ITX mainboard and has a PCI Express 4.0 slot with a full x16 connection for the graphics card. The two RAM banks support up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM with a clock rate of up to 3200 megahertz and can even handle clock rates up to 5100 MHz via OC.
