The ASUS ProArt X570 Creator WiFi motherboard in ATX format has two PCIe 4.0 slots for graphics cards, each connected directly to the processor via 16 PCIe 4.0 lanes. Another PCIe x16 slot is connected to the chipset via 4 lanes.

Faster connections thanks to PCI Express 4.0
The Ryzen 5000 CPUs provide eight PCIe 4.0 lanes for direct connection of NVMe SSDs. On this X570 motherboard, these eight lanes are used to connect two M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs. In addition to another M.2 slot with PCIe 4.0 x4 connectivity, the X570 chipset also provides six SATA 6G ports.

On the I/O panel, the ASUS ProArt X570 Creator WiFi offers two Thunderbolt 4 ports with USB-C ports. Corresponding data carriers with transfer rates of up to 40 Gbit/s for Thunderbolt 4 and 20 Gbit/s for USB 3.2 can be connected to it. Alternatively, monitors can be connected there via DisplayPort 1.4. In addition, there are four USB 3.1 type A ports and another four USB 3.0 ports, also with Type A socket.
