With six high-quality pyramid-shaped antennas, the ASUS Lyra Trio Mesh WLAN achieves data transfer rates of 1300 Mbps in the 5 GHz frequency range and WLAN speeds of up to 450 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz frequency range. The Lyra modules communicate with each other also in the 5 GHz frequency range, so that in the entire mesh network data transfer rates of 1300 Mbit / s can be achieved.

Using MU-MIMO technology (multi-user), compatible devices can also be operated with their own dedicated maximum WLAN speed, which means that multiple devices can connect in parallel and the network is not slowed down. In the case of conventional single-user SU-MIMO technology, individual connected devices may wait in succession for the transmissions, which may cause delays.

With the easy-to-use ASUS Lyra app, installing and setting up the mesh network is a breeze. In just three steps, the user can use a smartphone, tablet or PC to set up Mesh WiFi in just 30 seconds. The ASUS Lyra Trio Mesh System is now compatible with Amazon Alexa and can be integrated into smart home environments.
