Watercool HEATKILLER IV for RX 480 - ACETAL [15043]

All the best parts of the previous generations were combined into an even more high-powered cooler in the HEATKILLER® IV VGA series.
For the GPU, the cooling structure was taken from the successful HEATKILLER® GPU-X3 series and combined with the central inflow from the HEATKILLER® GPU-X2 series. A few other improvements were added as well. Together with the finely-cut microstructure and the slight thickness of the remaining surface area, this makes for even better cooler output. The flow rate has also been improved through the enhanced inflow and high-volume canals. All relevant secondary components like the VRAM or voltage regulator are also water cooled.

Contact with the board is made through insulating spacers. Installation is kept simple.

Only high-quality materials, such as highly purified electrolytic copper or the original PLEXIGLAS® GS from EVONIK, are used in the HEATKILLER® IV VGA series. Manufacturing is done entirely on modern CNC machinery at Watercool’s headquarters in Northern Germany.

Specially cut high-performance thermal pads for VRAM and voltage regulator (VRM) are included in the delivery. Also included are all the installation materials, as well as a printed instruction manual.

Connectors for linking more than one HEATKILLER® IV VGA water block can be purchased separately. A backplate is also available separately.

This water block is compatible with graphics cards in the AMD Radeon RX 480 reference design. Further information regarding compatibility can be found on the compatibility list for HEATKILLER® IV VGA water blocks.
