The Tower 900 has two chambers. In the front chamber, the motherboard is installed with the I / O port and the PCI slots facing upwards. Up to 40 cm long graphics cards can be accommodated here. Under the mainboard tray are several rubberized cable and hose grommets. The lower, middle area houses a base with a hard disk cage on which a fan can be mounted in a horizontal orientation. The Thermaltake logo is mounted on the beveled optical drive cover.

In addition to this base, two 2.5-inch data stor- age can be installed under the MB tray. The space to the left and right of the base is used to mount pumps and expansion tanks. Large recesses in the partition between the two compartments allow the installation of hardtubes in the rear area of the tower. The front area is equipped with hard-glass covers at the sides and the front. Ventilation grids run at the bottom of the edge and centered in the front is a 5.25-inch drive bay for external drives or fan controllers, for example.

The rear part of the Super-Tower accommodates the power supply and radiators for custom water cooling. The PSU is installed in the middle of the floor and a 120 or 140 mm fan can be installed in the cover of the rear area. There are four brackets available for mounting the fans / radiators. Each bracket accommodates two 120/140 fans and two brackets can be mounted on each side. Each side can thus accommodate a maximum of four 140 mm fans or a 560 mm radiator.

Two hard disk cages each with two slots for 2.5 or 3.5-inch SSD / HDDs can be attached to the sides of the rear chamber instead of a fan bracket. This increases the maximum drive capacity for an external optical drive, two internal SSDs, and six SSDs or HDDs in three drive cages. The rear can hold two additional fans, and a maximum of 13 fans can be installed with the fan in the front chamber lid.

The I / O panel is located at the front in the beveled front of the cover and consists of four USB 3.0 ports and the mandatory audio connectors. At the back of the lid, there are openings for routing the cables for the mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. The Tower 900 is the perfect enclosure to display a custom water cooling system.
