The Scythe Ninja 4 in detail

The design of the lamella block allows the fan to be mounted on all four sides on AMD®-based mainboards. This allows for an optimal integration of the Ninja 4 into the airflow of the housing and reduces turbulence as well as the generation of hotspot in the housing.

The fan included with the Ninja 4 comes from the proven GlideStream 120 PWM series. However, this was extended by the possibility to limit the maximum fan speed through a small switch in 3 stages. This allows a user to choose between an extremely quiet operating mode or maximum cooling performance.

The mounting kit provides very high compatibility for AMD (AM2, AM2 +, AM3, AM3 +, FM1, FM2, FM2 +) and Intel processors (775,1150,1111,115,115,116,1366, 2066). A little heat transfer paste for the first use is also included in the delivery.

Note: Please note that the original backplate of the mainboard is required for mounting on mainboards with AMD processor sockets. Please check before purchase if this is available!
