The casing and cooling specialist NZXT from the US has, of course, has its own fan-lineup, which matches perfectly with our own enclosures and coolers, but due to standardized dimensions not only is limited. With the second edition of the FN-fan series, the manufacturer now improved its already excellent fan. They thereby form a middle ground between the Airflow-oriented FC fans and the FX models that are optimized with a particularly high static pressure of radiators. They are therefore used anywhere - and especially where it comes to both air flow as well as high pressure.

Following the own design philosophy also offer the FN-V2 fans a very unique visual appearance. The white rotor of FN V2-140 with seven fan blades is framed by an unusually shaped frame which has as a special feature at the corners via integrated rubber isolating elements. The 3-pin connector cable is wrapped with a black sleeve. An adapter for connection to a 4-pin power supply connectors included.

High quality however is not only the visual appearance of the fan - the storage is a durable Rifle Bearing, which is a hydrodynamic plain bearings with separate oil circuit substantially. This combines the quiet and smooth running of a plain bearing with a lifetime which, although not quite reach that of a ball bearing, however, clearly goes beyond that of an ordinary plain bearing. A maximum engine speed of 1,000 rev / min ensures a strong performance, but in closed-loop operation down to interaction with the high-quality bearings for a very low volume.
